A single person who utilizes the service is a user. The words “You”, “Your” refer to user.

Who Can Use these Services?

Any, lawful Citizen in their teen age or above can use these services. No one can use these services on behalf of other. CCIXER services are open to everyone regardless of their nationality, race, gender, health. 

What Kind of Data CCIXER take from the user?

CCIXER collect data related to user’s age, name, date of birth, basic financial situation, interests, education, demographics. This data is required to process the application and present best options for the users to select from

What CCIXER do with this data?

CCIXER use these data to generate best road map for users that will match user’s future goals. CCIXER utilize this set of information for future correspondence.

Does CCIXER shares the data?

CCIXER doesn’t share data with any Advertising companies, Governments, Organizations or third parties. The data is completely property of user and CCIXER. In case of Court Judgement or security reason, CCIXER will abide the law and shared the information with concern department. We will also inform the user about the activity.

How we update our policies?

With time laws changes in different countries. In case of any updates every user will be inform through their registered email.

In order to provide our users sense of security, CCIXER  has partnered with “Cloudflare”, which is an internet infrastructure and website security company. It prevents the website and the data from all kinds of DDoS attacks. 

Another step that CCIXER has taken is that, CCIXER uses SSL Certificate to secure the website.

Submission and Refunds

User need to submit receipts for its expenses. The receipts declares any financial activity has been done and associate both CCIXER and User. CCIXER utilize banking services of one of the biggest financial institution “JP Morgan”, ensuring safe n liable transactions.

User can apply for refund and profits that has generated with a passage of time. CCIXER usually process application between 30 to 60 working days. User is protected by law of Code in Chapter 21
